Office management assistants manage office and business processes. Their range of duties include organizational, administrative, and coordinating tasks like preparing data using standard computer programs, managing master data, and scheduling appointments.
Your training focuses on
- Familiarizing yourself with the company’s internal structures and processes
- Working with other departments, project teams, and external partners
- Gaining insight into the Receiving, Accounting, Controlling, Sales, Marketing, and Human Resources departments and working actively with their teams
- Taking on general assistance and secretarial duties in business management and technical areas
- Learning how to use important EDP programs and presentation and project management tools
- Coordinating and organizing internal meetings, seminars, trade shows, and employee events
