IT specialists for system integration are responsible for planning and configuring IT systems. This includes installing, setting up, and maintaining hardware and software, operating systems, and networks. When application problems arise, IT specialists help users clear the faults.
Your training focuses on
- Familiarizing yourself with the company’s internal structures and processes
- Becoming involved in daily activities from the very beginning, learning to develop software and database solutions, working in a team, and taking responsibility
- Learning about commissioning and supporting clients, servers, networks, and telecommunications systems
- Responding to user problems and attempting to solve them through the IT help desk
- Working with other departments, project teams, and external partners
